Michael Bastian's collections have always been so vast and multifaceted,
it was hard to conceive of the fashion show that could do them justice.
Until now. His Spring presentation was a masterful exercise in offering up the breadth of Bastian,
from the beach-bum cutoffs with boxer shorts peeking out underneath to his ongoing revision of formalwear,
here best exemplified by a braid-trimmed jacket in natural canvas shown with black linen shorts and black patent slip-ons.
